My husband and I stayed three nights at the Hotel Indigo on Priority Club Points. The room was small, but average for most European hotels. The bathroom was new and the shower was great. The room decor was funky and fun. The location is perfect, literally down the street from Paddington Station. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful with all of our requests. The only negative was we were in the front of the hotel and it was noisey in the mornings. The hotel said they were going to be replacing the windows to make it more soundproof, which we think will solve the problem.

Stayed at Indigo for 5 days last week - experience couldn't have been better. Room was on the small side like other reviewers have mentioned, but it was impeccable - best shower you could find in a hotel; great bed; free wireless, which alone would make me choose it again.
Another (big) plus is the location, very close to Paddington Station, which makes travelling from and to Heathrow very easy.
The only problem is the restaurant - food was fine, but service was pretty bad. Servers are exceptionally friendly, but we were served by 3 different servers who didn't seem to know who was supposed to do what. Minor hiccup though considering how well run the rest of the hotel is.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in London. It was a very good stay. The room was small (they recommended I book a deluxe room next time), but well done. Internet was free and reasonably fast speed (I was able to make calls over google voice with minimal quality problems). There's a restaurant at the lobby level which makes a quick breakfast easy. it's a short walk from Paddington Station so getting to and from Heathrow was easy (heathrow express gets you to and from paddington in 15 minutes) and getting around London was easy. I run and since Hyde park is about 5 minutes away from the hotel, I did a 7 mile run there on my stay. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in London! The only negative is that it wasn't cheap, but it was better priced than other hotels (it cost by 200 pounds / night for first two nights and 120 pounds for last night)

Liked: A very smart hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food.
Disliked: A lot of noise from the road outside spoilt the first night and the hotel should look at improving the soundproofing of those windows at the front of the hotel.
Overall: Very comfortable.

This is a superb hotel, thoroughly clean and just a pleasure to stay in, I couldn't fault anything and i'm consider myself to be very fussy, especially about cleanliness. I have stayed here before and will always choose this hotel as it's the best one i've stayed in so far in London.
