| Rated 4 out of 5: Booked this Hotel as it was close to Earls Court venue for the Military Tournament. It was also within walking distance of tube station and we were able to visit Covent Garden which I had not seen for many years. Had a walk around the local area which was full of character and little local shops. Staff were very helpful on arrival and helped us park as the car park was initially full as Chelsea were playing at home!! All very safe and secure. Room was extremely comfortable and the shower was the best. Music and TV was piped thru to the bathroom so I could keep on listening to the film I had started to watch!! Great food and service in the bar. Definitely recommend and will return in the future. Rated 3 out of 5: Internet and breakfeast are too expensive, you can cross the street and eat a very good meal with free internet. Makes no sense at all. The rooms are clean, the hotel is near to the subway station, even though there is no lift in there to help people with heavy luggage. Rated 4.5 out of 5: we tried to order food when we returned late from a show, as per the menu in our room only to find this was not easily available, the food on menu was not available and when given options as to what was on offer,after waiting about 30 mins found out this was not available either. |

| Rating out of 10: 8 Date stayed: July 2005 review: Very pleased with this hotel staff were very good polite helpful the resturant was excellent value as well as good food 7.95 for a full buffet breakfast was the best value the bar was very nice too it took me ages to pick a hotel in London but was pleased with my choice I would stay here again. |
