A really friendly welcome when you entered the hotel. Being disabled I was shown two rooms, and was able to decide for myself which would be more beneficial to my needs. A great help. I also required a non slip bath mat and extra pillows, and this again was no trouble for the receptionist. An extremely helpful young lady. The restaurant was amazing, and the menu fantastic. We were going to the theatre so this was a suitably situated hotel.

stayed here for two nights as we were going to a show at the o2. hotel clean and pleasant staff friendly and helpful easy pleasant check in, room clean but basic which was all i wanted as new we wouldn't be there much all i wanted was a comfy bed and clean room which i got the shower was great very powerful got 2 bath towels and a hand towel which i didn't expect also soap and shower gel dispenser. room also had air con which in other budget hotels i haven't got before. cafe rouge next door that's attached to the hotel do food didn't eat there myself though as it was quite expensive and there is a whetherspoons, McDonalds and subway 5min away which are cheaper.
its 5 mins walk from cutty sark DLR station which leads you to London underground stations, there's quite a few restaurants in area local shops etc.its a 10 min bus ride to the o2 bus stop 2min from hotel takes about 10 min to get to o2 drops u rite outside at station also runs 24 hrs also can catch DlR then tube to o2 but guessed bus would be easier.
think its a great place to stay if your just sight seeing etc or going to o2 somewhere comfy and clean to sleep we were only there at night which was perfect. i would definitely stay there again if visiting the o2.

review: Very good Hotel, friendly staff, clean modern room, good resturant on ground floor. Parking excellent  cheap rate for room & car parking. Would highly recommend and would stay in the IBIS Greenwich again and again. Unfortunately our visit was for family funeral but would stay again for social visit, close to all the great places to see in Greenwich and near to bus,train,and taxi.Value for money Thanks again IBIS and well done!
