Rated 3.6 out of 5:
Good connection to Heathrow. Central 10 minutes bus ride from Terminal 1,2,3 Central Bus Station. You may use public buses (140, 105, 111, 285) in the free area around Heathrow. Room was clean but a bit small. Hot breakfast can be purchased. If you book on-line in advance you can achieve good price.
Breakfast, internet is not included and a bit expensive if you want to buy.

Rated 3.5 out of 5:
I needed to stay at a property close to Heathrow in order to catch an early flight. I arrived at the Ibis at 2.00AM, checked in with minimum fuss, slept in a clean comfortable (somewhat hard) bed, showered, shaved and reorganized my packing and then was able to catch a shuttle to my terminal by 7:30AM. What more could be asked?

Rated 4 out of 5:
Ibis hotels are great and this one is no exception. Clean rooms, simple and functional.
This hotel is great if you want a place to lay your head for one night while waiting for a flight.
Just one word of advice the hotel hoppa bus is a rip off. Simply walk to Heathrow central station and get the free, yes free bus. It is a 2 minute walk from the stop on the Bath Road, opposite the Holiday Inn, to the hotel. Save yourself 8 pounds!

review: We were placed into your Hotel by another Hotel which had supposedly double booked.....who can tell.....It has to be said that when you first see this Hotel
it does look half tidy. On checking in the staff where efficient, polite, and cheerful, the rooms were quiet adequate.
We tried to get some food late in the night, around half eleven, only to be told that there were only snacks available. Ok we thought, so we ordered your sandwiches, when they came we could not believe our eyes just two pieces of bread and "margarine" with what ever filling you chose..........
At a cost of three pounds and fifty pence. An absolute disgrace, a rip off, highway robbery.
So it is just left for me to say you will not get my custom ever again, and I will be speaking to all my friends to give your establishment a big miss.
You need to get your act together in a big way.

review: Very disappointing. Requested non-smoking, was given smoking room. One pillow on a double bed. No shampoo, hand lotion, hair dryer, shower cap. No newspapers in the lobby as stated and none to be purchased. Shower head so low that it was impossible to stand under it. Only able to access 2 channels on the tv. And all this for 69 pounds a night! I do hope that the manager sees this and responds to me.
