Rated 3 out of 5:
Excellent view of the 'New Wembley' Stadium from the hotel room and even managed a run around the perimeter. Facilities are basic but adequate for my needs. However, it was the staff in the restaurant on the 2nd night that ruined it for me. The man behind the counter taking orders etc. was inefficient asked me to wait, then asked a member of kitchen staff to help me who replied he was 'too busy'; by which time there were only 3 people in the seating area. I was taken to a seat, other people served before me who came in, so when I finished my drink I had to leave as the man came to take my order. Perhaps a good thing as the Indian I had was delightful and filling, which was more than could be said on the sweet chilli chicken the previous night at the hotel. Oh well, it served a purpose.

An Ibis Wembley Hotel guest rated the stay as 4 out of 5:
I was very impressed with what we got for our money. My colleague and I were going to a 2-day Business Event at the Wembley Arena, which was only a 5min walk away. We arrived at 11am and the hotel stored our cases until we checked in later. They did the same the next day when we checked out, as we were not travelling home until the evening. The only slight criticism was that, at certain times, there was a queue for reception as staffing was limited. The bar was also limited and served the drinks in cheap tumblers. However, that's to be expected for the price, but the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We have an excellent meal at an Indian Restaurant which was about a 5min walk from the hotel and, on the way to Wembley Arena, we were able to pick up sandwiches, snacks, water and other drinks from a Tesco Express at a much cheaper price than buying them in the venue, which helped the budget!

Was greeted at a busy reception and as I'd prebooked was puzzled as to why I had to fill in the same details at desk, which was causing the delay. However the staff were pleasant and answered all questions. The room was clean and comfy and the shower was very large and lots of hot water. The internet access was not working at the time but the other amenities were all okay. The decider for me was coming back from the arena after a concert after 1.30pm freezing cold and asking if tea from the bar could be taken upstairs to drink whereas the barman asked if I had tea in my room and I admitted I had only one cup left from what had been supplied. The barman piled a number of tea bags and milk into my hands and wished me a Good Night. Couldn't ask for a nicer end of stay.

Rated 3.9 out of 5:
Very close to Wembley Arena, loved the room and shower, all very compact Bar staff were a nightmare, bad enough when only 4 people were waiting to be served, it took 15mins and they didn't have the wine they wanted or a diet coke that I wanted. When we came back from the event there were only 2 staff on, one was a complete waste of time, but then there were lots of people waiting to be served and took 25 mins for people to get a drink. Surely if an event is on, extra staff should be available for the influx of customers after the event finishes. Also ran out of pillows, as only put 3 pillows in room for 2 people when most people need 2. Restaurant for breakfast could not accommodate everyone, was told we could take breakfast back to our room, but we cancelled it instead Overall: Liked the hotel and location, but some of the staff left a lot to be desired and let the hotel down, which was a shame

Rated 4 out of 5:
Just an overnight stop as a base for seeing Pearl Jam at the Arena, so spent very little time in our room. Staff were efficient and although 95% were from foreign climes, their standard of English was good. We have an estate car and failed to squeeze it into the allocated parking space, so were forced to park at the Plaza and pay £25 for overnight parking. Had the Ibis event meal in the restaurant, 3 courses for £10, much better than expected. Breakfast was a substantial buffet continental. This is the second time we have stayed at the Ibis, and although it was busy with Pearl Jam fans and there was a large queue for the bar after the concert, as a base for a quick visit to Wembley or London, it is fine and we were very happy with it.
