A hotel guest gave the hotel 5 out of 5 and commented:
We stayed for two nights. The staff could not have been better - and that applied to every single member that we encountered. Breakfast was included in our rate and was one of the best we have ever had in the UK. The bar food was ok, not exceptional but fine. The dinner in the restaurant was very nice, but what really made the difference was the attitude of those that were serving it. The room was comfortable, the only small complaint was that the bath taps were old and very stiff. We would definitely return.

A Marriott Bexleyheath guest rated the hotel 4 out of 5 and wrote:
Me and my wife stayed at this hotel so we could go and do our christmas shopping at bluewater. Bluewater is about 10 mins by car, and is nice and easy to get to. The hotel has a section of a multistory car park just for guests and we did not have any problems finding a space. But it is not a big car park for the size of hotel, so during busy times it might be a struggle. You just have to get a token from reception to get out of the car park. The hotel is nice and clean. Reception is nice and elegant as you would expect with most Marriotts. It made it even better as they had a massive christmas tree up. Check in was easy, there was a slight misunderstanding as we used tesco vouchers to pay but that was soon sorted out. We were on the third floor and had a standard room. The room was just like all the other Marriotts we stayed in, good size nice decoration. Very nice bathroom with a lovely shower. The TV was a little on the old side and could do with a little updating. We did use the swimming pool which was nice. A 12m pool. It also has a jacuzzi and steam room. Breakfast was the normal Marriott buffett. All the normal fried breakfast. Also pastries and cereal. There is also a chef cooking fresh fried eggs, scotch pancakes and waffels. It was all lovely. We had a great stay and would go back again.
