A Milestone hotel guest rated the hotel 4.9 out of 5 and commented:
Liked: a very pleasant environment - comfortable and well furnished
Disliked: looked out into a conservatory - room was a bit dark and public toilet was adjacent - some noise.
Overall: We felt well looked after and the staff were very helpful and attentive. As my partner is a wheelchair user, we were disappointed to find that access into the hotel was difficult, using a temporary steep ramp up the back steps which was not ideal, and this detracted from our enjoyment of the visit somewhat. The on line booking system did not prepare us for this and indeed reported the hotel as 'accessible'. It would have been helpful if a contact telephone number was given on the website to allow us to ask about accessibility etc. The installation of a small platform lift at the rear stairs would resolve the access problem. Once inside the hotel, access was good and the staff did all they could to help us.

Rated 5 out of 5:
We booked two nights at this hotel as it is an easy walk to the Albert Hall. This a small boutique hotel where you can feel safe and pampered. Our room, the African Suite had a safari theme which was delightful. The bed enormous, comfortable and the sheets to die for. The room was a generous size and the service just right.
It was quite warm when we were there and so we appreciated the airconditioning. Wifi is available in the room.
Fresh fruit was waiting for us on arrival, small pieces of fruit and each one perfect. The breakfast is the best I have experienced in a hotel and I just wished I had enough money to move in permanently and have breakfast here every day of my life. I though the breakfasts in Manhattan were good but they still have something to learn from the British.
We loved our time here and will stay again.

Rated 5 out of 5:
Lovely "boutique" style hotel. Beautiful building, perfect situation for all parts of London but particularly Royal Albert Hall and out to SW eg Wimbledon. Charming staff and delicious food for dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and have done to several of my friends who travel to London regularly.
