A past guest rated the hotel as 3 out of 5 and wrote:
Nice location. Got a room on the third floor. 54 steps up on a narrow staircase. No lift!! Small size of room - but for London it was ok. Good beds - terrible pillows - very hard. The room was clean - New towels every day. Nice clean and good size bathroom. No cable tv - even thogh it was promised. And a very bad signal on the tv. So could not use it to catch up the news. Breakfast. If you like toast and jam you will love it. Else go some other place for a real English breakfast. But for £35 a night for a double room in a weekend - this was a real bargin. And all the staff was very kind, helpful and polite. I would stay there again if the rate still is so good
