A past guest rated the hotel as 3 out of 5 and wrote:
Nice location. Got a room on the third flor. 54 steps up on a narrow staircase. No lift!! Small size of room - but for London it was ok. Good beeds - terrible pillows - very hard. The room was clean - New towels every day. Nice clean and good size bathroom. No cabel tv - eventhogh it was promised. And a very bad signal on the tv. So could not use it to cath up the news. Breakfast. If you like toast and jam you will love it. Else go some other place for a real english breakfast. But for 35 £ a night for a double room in a weekend - this was a real bargin. And all the staff was very kind, helpfull and polite. I would stay there again if the rate still is so good
