| Rated 5 out of 5: The staff was both friendly and professional. My wife and I were upgraded to a club room as it was our wedding anniversary. The room itself was clean and luxurious. The bathroom with a rain shower above the bath tub, and a glass screen separation to the bedroom is definitely a nice touch. Overall, we had a very good stay. A guest to the Montcalm Hotel said he was worth 5 out of 5 stars and commented: This hotel is 5* with 5* customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London and wanting to be close to Oxford st for shopping as it is a 5 minute walk. I have stayed in many hotels in Mayfair, and this hotel is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, our room was absolutly gorgeous, with a tv in the bathroom, big fuffy pillows and a comfy bed, we had a problem with our TV and the technician was with us in a matter of minutes to try and resolve the problem. We loved this hotel that much that we will be returning in a few weeks on business! Brilliant!!!!! Rated 5 out of 5: we took the car to London because we only had a little time and there was a good car park near the hotel with no London congestion charge to pay between xmas and the new year The Sound of Music was excellent. Madame Tussauds was over priced and too many people to see things meant you could see correctly some statutes were poor and people were having to ask who they were. yet again London does not disappoint but you know before you go nothing is cheap apart from the museums which are a good weekend trip on there own |
