Rated 4 out of 5:
Stayed here with friend early September. Good location for main tourist attractions. Room comfortable not sure the £15 upgrade a night was really worth it - the room still seemed "standard" . Breakfast was adequate and relaxed. Sauna & Gym were good.
Bar friendly but seemed to close quite early ie 1am for residents.
Reception were extremely helpful and parking was easy though at £45 for 48hrs I`m not sure if this is reasonable or not.
3 minute walk to London Bridge Station
Would have no hesitation in using again - clean , efficient quiet & comfortable - ticks all the key boxes !

Rated 4.3 out of 5:
Liked: The room was clean and bright although not very big - but as I was only there one night this was not an issue.
Disliked: Nothing that I noticed from my stay
Overall: The hotel check in staff were very polite and efficient. The room was clean and bright, there were plenty of towels and the room was not too hot. I didn't have breakfast the following morning so cannot comment on that. The bar area was good for a hotel.

Rated 5 out of 5:
The Novotel London Bridge was lovely really nice room and great breakfast, used the tube all the time great, all the attractions were great.

Rated 4.5 out of 5:
We found the hotel to be of extremely high quality and the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.<br />The only down side to the stay was the breakfast on Saturday morning, it was quite chaotic, seated in the bar area, no cereal plates and when we went back for what was advertised as a full engish breakfast there were no plates and there were a lot of the trays which should have been filled with breakfast food, eg beans, eggs, and bacon to be empty.

A guest gave the hotel 5 out of 5 and commented:
I stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and daughter, and had an excellent stay. The purpose of the visit was sightseeing. We had a room with double bed and sofa bed. The room was spotless, with a king-sized bed and a full double sofa bed. With the sofabed made up there was not a huge amount of space, but both beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was compact but very well designed, with aseperate loo. The reception staff could not have been more welcoming, especially for our daughter. They made the stay memorable for her. They were also well informed and informative regarding theatre bookings and travel arrangements. We did dine in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised at the quality - however with the various restaurants and bisto's around the corner in Borough Market there were too many other alternatives to try on other evenings, and also for breakfast. The hotel also benefits from on site parking, which is a great convenience - although we arrived, parked up, and didn't use the car again until we left as there is plenty of public transport on the doorstep (Tube and bus). All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel.
Liked: Reception Staff, cleanliness, and location
Disliked: Short of a chair when more than two occupants in the room
