Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: June 2005 review: we stayed at hotel because we were taking our son to the aiport to go to america at they was very relaxing as we were all up tight and the staff were wery helpfull and it made our stay most enjoyable we will be staying again when we come to fetch him Rating out of 10: 8 Date stayed: May 2005 review: Myself and my fiancee stayed here overnight before our flight to the USA. We used the secure parking facility for 15 days. The hotel staff were both friendly and polite, the rooms were superb. The only complaint we had was the prices fo the food and drinks were too high, but we found a nice little pub opposite where we had food and drink for about twenty pounds each for the evening. I would highly suggest people use this hotel and parking facility. I would definately visit again. Rating out of 10: 1 Date stayed: December 2004 review: I was shocked to be greeted by a very unfriendly face at front office,after checking in i was very dissapointed to find that my room had not been cleaned and after reporting it to the front office manager i then had to wait 20mins for a room move,i do not reccomend this hotel to any guest. |
