I really loved staying here. It was the perfect blend of apartment and hotel - a lounge and kitchen but still being able to send for room service, ask for a porter and the suite was serviced twice daily to a very high standard.<br />Both the lounge and bedroom had huge picture windows offering a wonderful view of the Thames. Unfortunately, I was at the opposite side from the Houses of Parliament but would love to stay again in the future and perhaps can have this view next time

My partner and I had a beautiful one week experience at the plaza on the river. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and very helpful as it was our first time to London. Thanks you to the Plaza on the River.

I have been to London on several occasions in the past 10 years on business. On this trip, travelling with our 17 yr old son, we needed a suite arrangement. The Plaza on the River met our requirements perfectly. The room was spotless and bathroom very comfortable. We even used the washer and dryer on 2 occasions. The location was slightly out of the way for many activities, but the Vauxhall tube stop was a short walk away. The staff and dining service was superb. We particularly liked the wonderful continental buffet breakfast each morning; and the dinner at Chino Latino was the best restaurant of our London stay (we had the prix fix menu). I would definitely stay in this property again.

review: Just wanted to share my positive experience about Plaza on the River with everyone. I stayed here for 1 night in August and could not find any faults!! I think this should be one of those hotel/apartments which gets 7 stars!!! I opted for the restaurant (Chino Latino) instead of using the massive kitchen in the apartment and it was great, shame I could not share my food with my partner, but have booked us in again for next weekend!! The hotel/apartments are part of Preferred Hotels and Resorts which I see as a real quarantee of quality and usually stay in one of these when travelling. Word of warning - YOU WILL NOT WANT TO LEAVE!!!

review: This hotel/apartment is the best property in London. I arrived late in the evening on Sunday and expected my apartment not to be ready etc. We were greated at the door and taken staright up to the apartment without having to check-in!! The guest relations agent/s were great, they were their 24hr and helps with all my enquiries. The property is newly built and is very modern (which we liked). The apartment have full kitchens, Plasma screen TV's (wanted to kae one!!) and hardwood flooring!! Would recommend to anyone staying for 1 to 365 days!!
