The hotel its self was very clean and tidy the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and food hot and fresh. The bar being open till 1am was a bonus and well used! The downside was when i booked this hotel i read that it was within walking distance to the O2 arena which it wasn't, but it was easy enough to get too via tube. Enjoyable stay and would stay again.

We 2 adults and 3 children all under the age of 12- recently stayed in this branch. Were slightly sceptical when booking given the area but were pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms ,friendly helpful staff ,good tea coffee making facility, good bathrooms with clean shower curtains and proximity to central London were all excellent. Rooms get very warm despite fans so had to keep windows open would have been difficult if we were on the ground floor or had rooms facing the city airport. Car parking dear but were lucky as the pay and display was broken. Would have been even more excellent if all could stay in 1 family room. The rooms were large enough to accommodate us

Just got back after a nights stay at this hotel with my hubby and two children. I've stopped in this area of London before, so knew that it was not in the centre. The children loved the train ride, (15 minutes to tower hill) and came along every 8/10 mins. The rooms are very clean and tidy, freshly decorated, but the only down side were the people above us that had young children that ran around the room ( you can not fault the hotel, only the parents). The staff were friendly and helpful, what more can you ask for. The breakfast was great, but I think that we got there at the right time as when we were leaving there was a few people waiting for tables, however there was plenty of choice and plenty to go round. This hotel is great if you don't mind travelling into the centre and if you enjoy peace and quiet. defo be booking again, but for longer next time
