Liked friendly helpful staff and room was large enough for family and very clean. Breakfast a little disorganised because of lack of staff on duty but this is minor bearing in mind excellent overall experience

I've travelled the UK for the last 3 years now and I stay in several of the various chain hotels on a weekly basis. But this hotel is something different. From when I first made the reservation on the phone I got the feeling that the team here knew what they were doing. But from when I checked in, I have to say the way they make you feel welcome and how no question or request was never too big. The rooms were fantasticly clean and maintained and since it was more of us in the same party, they managed to get us fairly close to each other. If I can put it in short, your competitors need to come to you and se what you do, because you're miles better than any of them. From now on, my company is only staying with Premier Inn. Thanks guys, and all you fellow travelers - you've got to stay in this hotel next time you're in Gatwick or Crawley.
