After some time away we returned to this particular Premier Inn and it was like coming home! The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the attached restaurant superb. The staff are helpful and friendly too. We are booked in for the next 3 weekends and are really looking forward to our stays.

I have used Premier Inn before but this one really stands out. The staff really can not do more for you. We are early after a long haul flight. We were quickly checked in and in a comfortable spacious room with everything we could possible ask for. I really appreciated the 5 star service receive from the young female receptionist who could not have done more for us. I needed to make a phone call to let my mother know we had arrived sagely but my mobile was out of battery . Becky promptly allowed me to use the reception phone and then said she could charge my mobile. I cannot believe the level of customer service received at this hotel. A real credit to the Premier Inn Chain.

This is a pretty standard Premier Inn. It is clean and comfortable but the decor is a bit tired but as I stayed only one night at start and one night at end of a foreign trip this did not bother me. On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful but on the negative side the hotel is about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the airport and the airport bus service takes 45 minutes. The big plus with this hotel is the restaurant attached to the hotel which is incredibly good and has nice coaching Inn type feel to it and is reasonably priced for the quality of the food they serve. Would definitely use this hotel again if flying from Gatwick
