Good for Luton airport run. I got a hire car - the hire car spot (europcar, Hertz etc.) is roughly 1.5 miles away. I wouldn't say it was walkable but the staff told me there was a free shuttle bus to the airport nearby. Shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes from 3am - midnight and every hour from midnight to 3am. Hire car spot runs the same shuttle bus schedule. Friendly staff and has automated machines if you printed your booking out - remember to take the same card as you paid with, cash payments need to be done via reception. Good rooms with coffee and tea making facilities - but take your own water as you'll get that scale/film top if you use the hotel water. Rooms very clean. For non-smokers I suggest asking for a non-smoking room.

Booked this hotel by telephone, as we wanted to leave our car in their car park while we were abroad, we were charged £5 per night.There is a gate code which is obtained from reception on return (this is changed daily),so it appears quite secure. The hotel has a Beefeater restaurant next door, so after checking in, we had a nice meal and watched the Euro Cup final between Germany and Spain on their large sceen tv. The rooms are very spaciious and clean and very quiet, helped by the many notices placed in corridors as a reminder that many guests are sleeping . The beds are firm and comfortable giving us a good nights sleep. We had an early morning flight and the hotel booked us a taxi, which costs about £5, as a consequence we didn't have time for breakfast,( all you can eat for £7.50). We will definitely use this hotel again and has persuaded us to try some of their other hotels, if they are all as good as this we will be very pleased.
