This little hotel is perfectly located just around the corner from Victoria Station and the theater district. The breakfast was hearty and delicious. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and ample. The only thing that needs changing is the lack of wifi access, which I believe they are changing soon. Would highly recommend watching a play or musical as they the theaters are walking distance. We bought our tickets a few hours before curtains and got great seats for Billy Elliott. Highly recommended.

excellent hotel which is clean and comfortable, friendly staff and excellent location. Also good value for money and clean comfortable modern rooms. Nice size rooms with very large double bed and flat screen tv, /tea/ coffee/hairdryer. we had bath and shower even though it says shower only in this hotel? Also shower gel/soap provided.
less than 5 min walk to tube and victoria station
Bar food and service was excellent. Nice lounge area and bar area with Tv.
Lovely choice on the food and snack menu.
Internet available in reception for a small charge and vending machines
All staff very helpful and friendly.
Left luggage available free of charge
limited room service available for food (pizza)
Will definately return!

A great location, just round the corner from Victoria station. No frills as you would expect but a nice small bar which which doesn't feel intimidating for solo travellers and a guaranteed good night sleep - due to a water leak in the road we had no water in the morning and the full nights accommodation was immediately refunded with no quibbles but lots of apologies, even though it was beyond their control

Liked: Lone female policy Very clean room and spacious for a London hotel Quiet location and no noise early in the morning
Disliked: No alarm clock or way to book a wake up call Would have liked more tea and milk in the room Would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom
Overall: The staff should be commended for their manner - they were brilliant.

review: EXCELLENT HOTEL VERY CLEAN, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. NEAR TO ALL THE SIGHTS AND THE STATION WAS JUST ROUND THE CORNER WE THERE FROM THE NORTH EAST OF SCOTLAND AND WOULD COME BACK AGAIN
