The location was perfect for our city break with tube at doorstep and walking though Hyde Park into central London a beautiful walk. The hotel was clean, comfortable and lovely selection for breakfast.
We booked a small double room and indeed it was a small room. We would have preferred a little bigger room.

Great location in central London, only a short walk from Paddington Station, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby.<br />My room was small (a single), but adequate and clean, well laid out with a good en-suite.

We stayed overnight after a show trip the rooms were spotless not large but ample, I read about Ryan in an earlier reports, there must be two because the Ryan we meet was very helpful when the lights all blow in our room in minutes we were given a new room.
The full English breakfast was also very good. The location of the hotel is superb easy to get around with lots of eating place within walking distance, with a nice garden at the front of the hotel just right for some fresh air on a park bench.

NAME CHANGE FROM QUALITY HOTEL PADDINGTON

review: Booked a quad room on line 3 weeks prior to stay and rang up one week later to confirm. All was well and room 'booked' Arrived on date of reservation with family (daughters 14th birthday treat - a weekend in London) to be told they no longer had the romm for us and could only offer a triple and single instead! WHAT DOES THE WORD RESERVATION MEAN PLEASE? CAN WE BELIEVE ANYTHING THIS HOTEL TELLS US ON THE PHONE? Nice flowers in reception but overall folks not a great start to a weekend break to have to look for another hotel.
