| Rated 4.4 out of 5: Staff were very friendly and happy to help. They gave us a map and brief understanding of the surrounding area - which was very useful. They were quick to send up an iron when we couldn't find one in the room. The location of the hotel was ideal for our trip too! The room was very nice it was just let down by the cleanliness in the bathroom - it just needed a really good scrub to rectify this! Rated 5 out of 5: We stayed in the Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury - this hotel is top notch, can't fault a thing about it! Such a luxury and classy hotel makes you feel like a celebrity. Would recommend this hotel to everyone I speak to. Had a great time in London, lots to see and do. Would recommend getting a tube card as it is so much easier to travel around the city. Rated 4.5 out of 5: All the staff we interacted with gave us professional service. The room was of a high standard. Slight traffic noise from the street outside. Our Pre-theatre meal was excellent, accompanied by a high level of service. Breakfast was a full buffet treat. Rated 5 out of 5: I had my wedding reception at the Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street on the 19/03/11.The Hotel has a great location with easy access to transport and a walking distance from Oxford street and Leicester square. Me and my wedding guests all agree the professional approach of the staff helped make my Wedding day perfect. Celeste and Kunal who helped my event run smoothly and ensured my guests always had their glass full, Luke who ensured we had a beautiful, spacious room and made all our guests feel welcome with a friendly smile and helpful attitude and Jinal who offered a friendly , fast, stress free check-out . An overall amazing experience made possible by the efforts of a dedicated team at a beautiful, stylish Hotel. Thank you for making my day Perfect!! |

| Rating out of 10: 5 Date stayed: March 2007 review: Booked and pre paid to stay here due to reviews. Got there to check in and they told us no rooms were available. Told us they had to move us to another hotel just up the road. They also told us that they would pay for the tai to get there. Were placed in a taxi and taken on a 20 minute drive to the other hotel. Upon arrival the taxi driver demanded the money for the fare, which the hotel then refued to refund. By the time we were placed in a room it was an hour after our arrival at our booked hotel. Due to this we missed our dinner reservations as the chosen place for dinner was now two tube journeys or £15 from the new location. In speaking to the manager in the morning he apologised but said they could do very little about our concerns and told us to go away and try someone the following day that was in a higher position than him. The room itself was nice, however dirty sheets and a partially cleaned bathroom sink are not that appealing when you are sent to another location. In trying to make our dinner reservations we left complaining until the morning, but as has already been said, we mae little ground with the duty manager. Such an appauling way to treat guests. No compensation offered, or anywhere prepared to discuss the matter with us. I hope that they do not treat all guests in this way. Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: December 2005 review: Stayed here for 3 nights with 8yr old daughter. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff, both at reception and in restaurant. Breakfast was hot with a good choice of items. Hotel location excellent, especially for a family(British Museum across the road!)Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended! We will be staying here again! |
