Rated 4.8 out of 5:
Next to Warren Street tube, this hotel has an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and efficient although the implementation of a new computer system was a bit inconvenient for everybody. The hotel looks like it is due for a face lift which was reflected in the price. However it was comfortable, although the single room was small, clean and surprisingly quiet.

Rated 4 out of 5:
The hotel was recommended to us and we were not disappointed especially with the room upgrade, clean and tidy, breakfast good although did not get up for it on second morning. As we were visiting between christmas and new year we were there for the sales so convenient for the shops.

Rated 3.5 out of 5:
I chose the Radisson Edwardian Grafton on late rooms as it had a cracking price and great location, close to the main shopping areas and a short tube ride to the West End. The overall appearance of the hotels was modern, with very friendly staff, i was slightly let down by the room as it had a very small portable TV (not expected in modern hotels), just the small details that change a good stay into a great weekend. We didn't use the hotel for any meals, and its discounted price for breakfast ( not even full English). Once again a good hotel that could be a great hotel if it was for the detailing.

Rated 4 out of 5:
I stayed here for a week recently while on a business trip. The hotel is quite nice and good value (for London). Some of the rooms are small - so make sure you ask them at the front desk for a larger room if one's available. My room was on the noisy side because it was facing a busy street - but I sleep like a log through earthquakes, so it didn't bother me (but might bother lighter sleepers!)
The hotel's location is fantastic. It is next door to the Warren Street tube and the Goodge and Great Portland street station are a few minutes away. There are a ton of restaurants nearby as well as a Sainsbury and Tesco (in case you just want to pick something up and eat in your room). The hotel has a decent restaurant as well.
It is walking distance to Oxford street shopping as well as the theatre district/ Bloomsbury (British museum etc).
The room itself was quite nice - and the bathroom was great. I liked the Asian paintings and objets d'art on the walls and hallways. The staff was quite nice too. The concierge arranged for a cab to pick me up at 4am since I had to catch an early flight and the black cabs weren't available then. Free internet in the room worked great! (There are tons of cafes nearby with free internet you can hang out in as well)
Overall a good place - especially for a busy tourist, given its central location.

review: Not particularly good.
There was no hot water on any morning. Cool showers are not my idea of fun.
I do not approve of the practice of not showing the bill to the customer for checking when checking out of the hotel - the details are displayed on screen to hotel staff only who ask you if it is ok. Hotel bills are frequently incorrect, and this gives little chance for errors to be corrected.
Adding 12% service charge to bar bills. This is completely unacceptable. There is no service involved in the bar-staff (who did not, by the way, impress me in the slightest with their service and attitude) serving me a pint of lager at the bar. Even worse is that I scored out that optional charge on one bar bill when signing for it yet this still appeared on my final bill.
The rooms themselves are ok nothing special (with detestable furry bed throws) However the public areas, reception, lounge bar, staircases etc are very pleasant.
