Liked: the suite was good the reception staff were very helpful overall we have now stayed 4 times and would stay again.
Disliked: little things like breakfast staff bought Edwardian breakfast whilst still eating fruit don't listen poached eggs were hard 4 out of 4 days ,having to keep asking every day for extra tea bags in our room

All in all an excellent trip - fantastic hotel - worth paying an extra £30 to upgrade to a deluxe room with a bit more space and a king size bed. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful, smiley, friendly staff. Fantastic location - in the heart of Leicester Square - and room surprisingly quiet considering the busy area.

I value comfortable spacious and quite rooms as much as spacious bathrooms with good showers. This hotel fits the bill which is why i have booked it many times in the past and will in the future.

Upon arrival we were greeted and made to feel most welcome. The staff was there to greet us and see to all of our every needs. The facilities were impeccable, and we especially appreciated the turndown service after long days of sightseeing. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. The management of this hotel can be proud of the work they have done..it shows in every area of operation. I would give this hotel my highest recommendation!
