| A guest to the Radisson Kenilworth Hotel rated the stay at 4 out of 5: Just got back from a birthday visit to London and stayed at this lovely hotel. On arrival my teenage daughters and I were upgraded to a suite which was on the 6th floor and was a beautifully decorated room with large bathroom. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They left a cake, chocolates and card in my room which was a nice, thoughtful touch. The location is amazing, a short walk away from everything. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and good service. The only thing I found was a pubic hair in the bathroom sink on arrival. Didn't mention it to staff as felt we had already been upgraded and to be honest its not the end of the world, apart from that the level of cleanliness was excellent. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and will be going back for my next stay in London. Rated 4 out of 5: convenient for central london convenient for local shops, restaurants and theatres requested a change of rooms after check-in and was immediately re-accommodated room service and restaurant facilities very good rated 4 out of 5: We stayed in the Raddisson Edwardian Kenilworth. It is a super hotel and ideal for the numerous theatres in London. I would recommend the river cruise leaving beside the London Eye as the guide is first class..The open top buses are an ideal way to see around London and I would recommend the Sherlock holmes Pub as an ideal stop for lunch in the upstairs restaurant. Excellent food and service. rated 4 out of 5: Having stayed at the Kenilworth some 20+ years ago I hoped that my return stay would be equally as comfortable as previously and I was not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were happy, friendly and welcoming from the cleaning team to the receptionist. Our room (we had a twin as we were mother and daughter on a weekend away) was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The room had everything we needed from an iron to flannels and body lotion. Our stay was short and sweet but we would definitely book at this hotel again - thank you staff at the Kenilworth for making our stay the treat we had hoped. |
