The hotel gives you a standard Radisson service and I'm always happy with that. If your business is around Canary Warf or the O2 then it's a fine chose. On the other hand if you are heading for central London it's in my honest opinion to far out of the way. There's a DLR station (two in fact) within walking distance. But even then it can take you up to 45 minutes to reach central London (don't take the Bank station to change trains. Tower Hill is more convenient). 45 min. doesn't seem long but it is if you want to drop in your hotel in the late afternoon before going out again in the evening. Conclusion: it all depends on your programme. Next time I'll take another Radisson hotel but one that's more in the centre of town. One remark: try to get a deal with breakfast included. 19,5 pounds a person is just to expensive if you're a meagre eater.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. Good place to stay for o2 access but need pedestrian bridge to make the o2 more accessible from that side of the river. Overall great stay would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for a Saturday night. As the hotel is located in Canary Wharf it was quiet on a Saturday and we got a very good rate for the night. The room was a superior king size and was clean, spacious and well equipped. The hotel clearly is geared for the business market and lacks character but serves it's function well. We had dinner in the Azure restaurant located in the hotel and found it surprisingly good value. Breakfast was included in the price and again this exceeded expectations. There was plenty of choice including a very fresh fruit salad and Devonshire clotted cream yoghourts as well as a hearty cooked selection. The nearest tube is Blackwall on the DLR about 15 min walk away.

Stayed here for a single night while visiting London. The hotel was very close to the East India tube stop on the DHL line, and was okay for site seeing in London. (bout 20mins to central London on the tube). We initially got to the hotel at 11.30am but the front desk allowed us to check in early . Check in was efficient and the staff were friendly and answered any additional questions. The reception area was well decorated and presented really well. Outside there was a good view for the o2 arena. The room itself was very clean and tidy. There was a flat screen TV with lots of channels available, including sky sports 1,2 ad 3. additional films and internet was available at an extra charge. The bed was very comfortable and bigger than a double. The bathroom was well presented with plenty of space and a separate bath and shower. The room had an iron, hair dryer, kettle and trouser press available within the room and also complimentary shower gel, body lotion, shampoo, tea, coffee, cotton buds, and sewing kit. Also there was a complimentary news paper and shoe shine available. The hotel had a gym, spa, Jacuzzi and sauna available free of charge to guest although i did not have time to use the facilities. There was also a nice bar downstairs, which was handy, but it was a bit expensive. didn't try the food in the hotel although it was available.

Liked: Checkin in and checking out was handled very quickly, the rooms were excellent and the hotel all round was faultless.
Disliked: Bar is a little pricey.
Overall: Hotel really was great, had a very enjoyable stay, apart from bar prices no complaints at all.

Wow, what a GREAT night. The hotel was spectacular. Our room had a view across the river onto The O2 which is lit beautifully at night. We arrived into the hotel via the Docklands Light Railway to East India but took the Thames Clipper river transfer to The O2. The concert was way beyond expectations. Greenday have morphed from American Punks into one of the most entertaining stadium rock bands I have ever seen. We had a superb breakfast at the hotel before heading back to Kings Cross for the journey home. What a fantastic start to the weekend!

For the money I paid it was quite good but I'd have felt cheated at the published rack rate. My large flat screenTV had great sound but a very fuzzy picture, bedside lights I couldn't actually read my book. Room very trendy and new - lots of black and brown. Very close walk to Canary Wharf if working there and there is a shuttle too apparently. Staff very professional. Bar and rstaurant looked nice though I didn't sample. Another oriental restaurant next door too.
