review: Certainly not a 4 star hotel.Grubby bathroom and dust in the room.Unhelpful receptionist.Great breakfast which is why we rated it 3/10 as it would have been a zero.
Rating out of 10: 4

review: This hotel no way deserves its four star rating, I checked in and the single room I was allocated (305)was very much a cell. It was the middle of the afternoon but the room was still dark due to the very small window facing a fire escape. I would have gone crazy if I had stayed there, I was reallocated another room (307)which was better but the hotel in general does not seem secure. The stairs can be accessed from the steeet without been seen from reception and bearing in mind it is on the edge of the Soho area, it is nice to know there are no undesirable characters in the hotel. There are no chains on the inside of the bedroom doors and overall it is run down. There is loose carpet on the stairs and the lift if full if two people use it. I do not recomend this hotel unless it is a last resort.
