review: This hotel provided me and my partner with fabulous service and an extremely convenient location.  It was an added bonus that we had a room which overlooked the runway and could see but not hear the planes coming in to land.  I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing somewhere to stay near Heathrow.  Take the bus from the airport if you haven't got a lot of luggage, the 111 or 140 will take you free of charge to the Renaissance.
