Rated 4.8 out of 5:
The room was fantastic, the service was excellent and the food amazing. The best part was the view from our room, looking over the river.

Our stay was lovely. The food in Chico Latino was cuisine at its best. Lovely cocktail bar but a little pricey. Close to lots of tourist attractions.

After a long drive we were sent to a room on level 7, only for this to be a double not the twin i booked. Then after going back downstairs we then went up to level 4, again this was a double room. I the end we got our twin room up on level 10. About an hour after arrival. That aside the hotel was great. The bathroom and aircon were both of a high standard. Loads of sky channels including sports. The location was spot on, right in the middle of London.

We booked our mini-break package which included return rail travel from Penrith Cumbria to London for 2 nights stay with breakfast at this hotel. The all inclusive price made this hotel suitable and the location was ideal for visiting the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and many of the tourist areas along the Thames. The quality of the rooms and room service was very good. The breakfast was average considering this is a 4 Star hotel. We chose to eat out as the time we had in London was limited so didn't eat in during the evening.

Rated 4 out of 5:
We were very disappointed that when we tried to book in to our hotel they did not have our reservation . we had to wait half hour in the lobby whilst the reception phoned around to get the problem sorted. This was our first experience booking through Superbreak and we were let down.

We stayed at the Riverbank Park Plaza which was great. Easily accessible by tube, so fab! We shopping in the day to Oxford Street and then went to Her Majesty's Theatre to see The Phantom of the Opera which was excellent and would recommend to anyone. We went to the London Aquarium the next day which was good. Only stayed in there for about an hour. Finally we did a Duck Tour which was brilliant. It takes you around the sights in London and then the minibus turns into a boat and you float along the Thames in it and it finally takes you back. Great trip!

Rated 4 out of 5:
The hotel nice and clean. Only a couple of issues - no water provided as complimentary so had to purchase as it was a very hot weekend. However had an ongoing issue with the minibar not being unlocked. Had to ask several times but each time staff did respond very promptly and turned out to be an issue with a number of rooms. The reception was very busy and there was a longish wait to check in. Our room did not have a view and overlooked another building and a railway line. I think rooms with views were extra. Local to London so have visited many times and mainly wanted a break away so only visited the London Eye for a second time - very good. Got a deal through London Eye website for a mel at Riviera restaurant. Very enjoyable and enjoyed a walk back to hotel along the Thames all lit up. Used Superbreak many times and highly recommend

review: The hotel was very modern. We stayed in a executive rm very nice even had a dvd player. To our surprise the stay included breakfast in the executive lounge the waiter was very good and cleared things as soon as you finished them. We also had a drink in the bar on the ground floor very impressed. Would stay again without a doubt. We did request a room with a view and we didn't have this but apart from this very good.
