Courteous staff at all times on reception. They were very willing to change my wife's woollen blanket for a duvet as she is allergic to wool. Our luggage was stored securely after we had checked out until we collected it later in the day to catch our train.
Food if ordered as a breakfast tray in the bedroom is expensive and there should be tea/coffee facilities in the room.

What a lovely change from the dreaded box like chains. Lovely decor, room, staff and breakfast brought to your room. No dining room. Very handy for Paddington

Very friendly and attentive staff, the room was very comfortable and clean, Minor bad points , no tea make facilities for the morning although your breakfast is served in the room. The noise from the kitchen extractor was a little irritating although it was the only noise and the hotel it's self was very quite. The bathroom paintwork was a little shabby in the corners. The good points totally out way the bad, would certainly stay again,

What a FANTASTIC stay at this gem of a hotel! Classy from top to bottom. Every employee was attentive from the beginning of our stay to the very end. So pleased to have followed the stream of other positive reviews and now can write my own. You can only go right at the Royal Park Hotel! Thanks everyone! :)

Immaculately clean, and very helpful and friendly staff No coffee/tea making facility in room. Very expensive bar menu Overall: A very pleasant experience for an overnight business trip but suspect the lack of restaraunt facilities could put off those seeking a longer stay.
