One hotel guest gave the Royal Trafalgar 4 out of 5 saying:
Hotel has great location. Reception staff very friendly. Room I was allocated was huge and had double aspect views of the city from the 6th floor -very nice, but lower floors will not have such good views as with most big city hotels. Also little touches for the upgrade were worth it - bottles of water, a few chocolates, big flat tv, slippers and bath robe. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of extra seating, and work areas. Toiletries were very nice. On the downside, the bathroom was small but adequate. The shower was very hot and powerful. Breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive.  Liked — huge room and good location,  Disliked — small bathroom
