Rated 3.8 out of 5:
ice small hotel in the middle of London. Next underground 2 min away. Rooms small but clean. Nice staff, breakfast was ok.

Rated 4.5 out of 5:
The hotel is well located being very close to Earls Court tube station but in a quiet street. The rooms are very clean, fairly small but adequate for an overnight stay and the key point had a very comfortable bed. The ensuite shower was miniscule - around 600mm square so it is not easy to get showered properly but at least the shower was very clean and fully tiled as was the rest of the ensuite. The breakfast room in the airy rear garden glass roofed extension was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of cereals, fruit, baguette, bread, cheese, madeira cake, fruit juices etc.

A hotel guest gave the hotel 4 out of 5 and wrote:
Our family (two adults and two teens) spent 3 nights here at the beginning of our European vacation. It was very easy to get to from the tube station and is in a great neighbourhood. The streets around the hotel are charming and there is a main street very close that has everything you might need. We were on the 4th floor with no elevator and knew that going in so it wasn't a problem. The room was good size for the four of us. Breakfast was in a nice room in the basement and the staff was very friendly. Leaving the key (as others have mentioned) is a little unusual but we didn't have any problems. Our only drawback was that it wasn't air conditioned and usually in London that wouldn't be a big problem but we were there for the hotest day of the year so it was a bit uncomfortable. They had one fan and we ended up buying another one and we did just fine. For the price and location, this was a good place to stay. Liked: The location, Disliked: lack of air conditioning
