| Rated 4.2 out of 5: It was easy to find. There was no problems in checking into the Hotel. They were more than happy to help wit anything you needed. Rated 3.5 out of 5: Hotel was very nice with fridge and microwave. However as hotel did not appear to be full perhaps it would have been better not to be in a room next to the lift which was a little noisy. Overall good value for money. Bayswater is lovely with plenty of restaurants and myself and daughter felt safe venturing out in the evening to eat. Rated 3.5 out of 5: A few minutes from Notting Hill Tube and spitting distance from Kensington Palace this 4* is a good base for exploring London. Don't bother with the breakfast there are plenty of good eateries offering much better value for money on the Bayswater Road. A guest to the hotel gave it 4 out of 5 and stated: This hotel was a really pleasant surprise.... Three of us stayed in what is known as a 'quad room' which is a double room with another double room adjoined by a small staircase. The decor in both the rooms was fantastic, and both rooms had plasma tv's. The shower room was also immaculately decorated and the complimentary soaps etc were unusually good (not the usual crap you see in a London hotel!) The hotel itself was also very well decorated, with a particularly funky reception area. My only real criticism was that the self serve English breakfast was slightly cold. The cost of the quad room is very competitive if two couples share it. Overall, a very impressive, beautifully presented hotel stay. Recommended to all. Liked: The funky reception area, the beautiful rooms... Disliked: The slightly cold breakfast! |
