| Rated 5 out of 5 : From the outside you can be forgiven for thinking this hotel is ugly. However once inside the rooms which are located around this almost circular building, your opinion is immediately transformed. We were lucky enough to stay here for nothing on an SPG promotion, and had a wonderful stay in our home city - just for the sheer decadence of it. I cannot wait for an excuse to return and would happily pay for the experience! The views are all good, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was very impressive in its sheer luxury and size, quite simply we could find NOTHING to complain about. Enjoy! Rated 4 out of 5 : This hotel's primary draw is the location. 2 blocks from Harrods, 5 minute walk from King's Road and 10 minutes from Picadilly, it is central for all vacationers. The hotel itself is above average by European standards but average by American. I am a bit puzzled by it's admission into the luxury collection. I had a refurbished room which was nice. New comfortable linen, a good bathroom and good tv. But the lobby is tired, the restaurant is ok and the gym is weak. All in all, a good bet- although not a "value" hotel (what is in London). Rated 5 out of 5 : Having stayed at the Sheraton Park tower on numerous occasions we felt that we had to thank everyone at the hotel for making all our stays to relaxed/happy/special. Everything is first class. The rooms are superb. Cleanliness is a big issue for them and they take care to ensure that everything is clean and in place. I forgot my coat at the hotel once and did not realise until I went looking for it. When I rang, I was put through to housekeeping who had kept my coat and had my details to hand. Both my partner and I feel that this is "OUR HOTEL" in london - a home from home. We both would happily live there permanently if we could. |
