Rated 4 out of 5:
we could not have picked a better location and the room was totally acceptable. helped that we used to live a few blocks away. staff were helpful. food was okay in the hotel cafe though I gather the restaurant next door is very popular and very good, we just didn't try it. very near the tube so very easy to get a round. lots of places to eat. and shopping, well, wonderful.

Rated 3.5 out of 5:
Stayed there because of its proximity to Cadogan hall. Room small (but then that is true of most London Hotels), and tiny bathroom. Cluttered, (with mini bar stuff, telephone, laptop, Ipod player, menus, tea making equipment etc etc) so there wasn't enough space to own things. Also both bedside lights controlled at single side of bed. But friendly staff, and above average breakfast. comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and very little street noise despite being right on Sloane square

A Sloane Square guest gave the hotel 5 out of 5 and commented:
We stayed at this hotel on 31st Dec 09 / NYE, for 1 night. It was also my friends birthday. I chose this hotel based on price , proximity to the Thames, and positive reviews. Our party of 4 all agreed the hotel was lovely. We had 2 superior rooms that were beautifully decorated + clean, with great views of the square. They were the opposite of each other in terms of layout. Our bedroom area was on the small side, but the bathroom was massive, i'd say bigger than the bedroom! It was fabulous. It had a sofa/window seat and separate shower and bath, very modern and chic. The other superior had a great size bedroom but small bathroom, so I'd request your preference before arrival. We were all equally happy for different reasons. The beds at this hotel are just superb!! Definitely the best bed I've slept in at a hotel before. Hands down, amazing. You really do not want to get up. The location is fantastic for high end shopping, with shops such as Cartier and Tiffany next door and Harrods round the corner. Sloane street has every designer shop you can think of. Alexander Mcqueen, Fendi, Prada you name it!! The check in was friendly and hassle free. The car park was £32 per day, which was okay. we've paid more at the Mayfair! I would book your space early as there were only limited spaces. Sloane square has many places to eat such as The Oriel, The Botanist and Chelsea Brasserie which is next door and part of the hotel. we only ate breakfast in Chelsea Brasserie which was lovely and served every kind of breakfast you can think of. We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely return, you won't be disappointed.

A hotel guest rated the stay as 5 out of 5:
This hotel is wonderful, the staff are first rate and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The view over Sloane Square during the Xmas period with the lights of Peter Jones and the square itself are lovely. If you have a front room the bath rooms are tiny and you do have to be a bit of a contortionist to work your way around the door, however, they are well appointed. The biggest issue, however, particularly at weekends, is the Kitts nightclub below which turfs its patrons out about 4am and they cannot help themselves babbling away under your bedroom window in their very public school accents until their taxis arrive. The sound of this punctuated by the odd growl of an over revved Porsche is enough to disturb anyone's sleep. The hotel is clearly aware of this and has thoughtfully provided ear plugs within the bathroom kit to aid nocturnal rest. These are to be recommended and providing you don't dislocate any joints whilst navigating around the bathroom dorr to get to them you will have a restful night. I will be going back again though, its position is first rate and I can recommend Duke of York Square with Partridge's and the Saatchi Gallery.
