Nice hotel, quiet, comfort, breakfast all right, the entrance is quite smart.

Rated 3.5 out of 5:
Nice accommodation but a few small problems: Shaving light was missing (the whole unit); Remote control for TV did not work; Only five channels on the TV; Shower was a bit like being dribbled on by a small child - rather weedy; Wasn't even offered an English breakfast although they were apparently available. Really more like a good three star. Definitely not 4 star.

A St George Hotel guest rated the hotel 4 out of 5 and commented:
The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Fire regulations wont allow irons in rooms so have to iron in the dining room down in the basement. We had the double room at the top of the building which included climbing 65 windy stairs. Builders are in a few doors down and they start work pretty early, so can be fairly noisy . I would return to this hotel but I would have a lower floor room and be on the back of the building. The building it self is very quiet. The room was an okay size
Disliked: no air conditioning, so windows had to be open so very noisy
