Booked this hotel with two weeks parking and taxi return to Heathrow. The hotel is not for a holiday so was perfect for us. Turn left out of the pub and you will find the 'moon on the square' pub a couple of minutes away and there is a Franky and Johnny's on the nearby Cinema complex site. The bar here was fine as well.

This is my third visit to this hotel .It is convenient for Heathrow as there is a 24 hour bus from a stop across the road from the hotel and it takes about 30 minutes to get there.
The staff are friendly , the hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. I have not eaten here as there is a Weatherspoons pub 5 minutes walk away which I prefer to use and I normally leave before breakfast. The only fault I have with the hotel is the background music they play in the bar area.

Rated 3 out of 5 :
Hotel reception staff were helpful and polite. Room basic but clean. Bathroom clean and shower was nice and hot. Just a few minutes walk to the centre where there were shops, bars and a handful of eating places. You can catch a cab to Heathrow or jump on the bus that runs from across the road for just £2 each. Bus runs every 20 mins and the reception staff have loads of timetables for you to take away. Parking at the hotel. Great value for money and i would use again. Only drawback we had was there was a cold drinks vending machine a few steps from our room and we could hear the fan kicking in at night. Apart from that we had no complaints( if had a different room then this wouldn't have been an issue)

Rated 3.5 out of 5 :
It was an excellent location for catching the train for days out. Also within walking distance of the local swimming pool which pleased the children. The only problem we had was a faulty door handle which would not open the door from the inside on two occasions. I rang concierge for help and a member of staff came to fix it within minutes.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 :
Unfortunately we were stuck in a room that was near the air conditioning motor room which became intolerably noisy during the night. We had to move to another room and then a coach of people whose flight was delayed arrived and it was a while before we actually got to sleep. The hotel was clean the staff friendly and the price spot on

Rated 4,4 out of 5:
Excellent location for rail station and access to Twickenham stadium, My wife and I were lucky to been given a free upgrade, and a late bar for a night cap was very welcoming.
On a very busy Saturday parking was a bit awkward, unable to find a space after a couple times through the car park we did manage to park at the front with no problems and was assured by the desk that this would be fine, which it was.
