Location was great! 3 mins walk from Marble Arch tube station, Hyde Park and Oxford Street shopping! Only 10 mins walk from Regent's Park and the Baker Street area. Comfortable, quiet, lovely communal lounge area, free wifi, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - a mix of hot English breaky, European continental and cereal.
You can hear your upstairs neighbours moving around a bit, but not really an issue, especially compared to the street and traffic noise you get in other locations.

I stayed at this hotel for my last day of a 12 day trip around UK and Ireland. The hotel is in a nice quiet up scale area. You are at walking distance from restaurants, park, big shopping streets and bus stop. You aren't close enough to major tourist area so you need to take the bas or a taxi but for everything else the location is perfect. It's a bit pricy but if you stay there for a short trip I think it worth trying. The staff is excellent and the ambiance of this little hotel is good. You have a little lounge to relax (as the rooms are a bit small) with free internet. I haven't tried the breakfast as my flight was too early.

This is a very nice little hotel. We had a room on the ground floor. I have to say I noticed a slight musty smell when I first walked in but the room was good size for Europe. The bath was a shower only but large. It easily fits two. The TV was nice flat screen.
There was no clock radio which I thought odd but that would be my only mark. We were on the ground floor but had no issues with noise.
The buffet breakfast there was simple but nice. The location is excellent. You can easily walk to Marble Arch and from there take the tube anywhere in town which we enjoyed doing the second day of our visit after taking the double deck bus tour the first day. You also catch that at Marble Arch. We both enjoyed our stay there and considering the cost the hotel is a value for the city. Staff is helpful and we stayed to ourselves they were always pleasant.
