review: Excellent facilities, friendly staff and very helpful, this Hotel is a must to experience,will definitely book again, hopefully in the near future.

review: Excellent Bed, Rooms fully equiped excellent service,Breakfast not included due to late booking will be going again.Was not expecting heated floor in the bathroom all in all not very expensive but we did not eat in the restaurant due to lack of choice.

review: Very enjoyable stay! Will stay again, recommended. Lovely rooms, good bed, minibar, nice staff, latish checkout. Cruising with no waves! Odd lift arrangement! European elec sockets (ex Finish ship!) Easy access to centre of London on the Dockland Light Railway. 5 mins walk to the station and 20 mins ride to Tower Hill. £4.70 day ticket for all trains and tubes and buses. Parking £8 per 24 hours is good for this area. (but Ramada is free next door!) Stayed twice. Once had a coldish shower but thats the only complaint. Very nice bar (bit expensive though!) and the restaurant looks good but not tried it yet. Only problem with late bookings is that they dont include breakfast, so take your own! Nice place.
