The attentive staff made us feel so welcome and the absolute luxury of our surroundings were the first things i noticed. Anything we requested was no problem. Complete quiet at night was very much a bonus. Loved the jasmine tea with the turn-down service! Lovely touch. Will definitely stay again.
Prices for food and drinks were very expensive.

Second time staying here. Fab hotel. Beautiful lobby and bar/lounge. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice touches like scented hot towel on arrival. Booked a deluxe superior room as last time I felt the standard room was very very small.....quite disappointed to experience same size room and no obvious upgraded standard. Good selection of drinks in bar. Good tv in room, nice toiletries. Great location. Looking forward to our next stay!

From the warm hand flannels on arriving to the bottled water for our journey when leaving, everything was just right. Friendly without being fussy, but also very professionally organised. So impressed this would be my first choice on any future visits to London.

A guest who stayed here gave the hotel 5 out of 5 and wrote:
Stayed here for one night. They let us check in early at about 10am and the staff were very helpful. The room was fairly small but clean and bright. Very comfortable bed. The hotel has only recently opened but the staff were very professional in dealing with all matters. One of the best things was that the food in the restaurant was very good value and of good quality. 2 people starter and main, £40 !!! I will be back if i can find another offer like we had.......
