review: Very poor service. No hot water for 3 days and despite complaining no explanation or apology. Very rude and uninterested front desk staff. Appalling.

review: This is the poorest four star hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, there was no hot water, the staff were rude and the evening meal was uneatable. How can a hotel in central London keep its four star rating when it is so dreadful?
