Hotel is located about 10 minute walk from Buck House and five minutes from Victoria underground station. If you go out of the side entrance you'll be straight on to a main road with shops and cafes.
The rooms were very nice and long. I liked the decor inside and out of the rooms. Rooms a bit mean with the bathroom samples. Beds were comfortable, Nice sofa and desk with TV. Very friendly staff. Only grip is the price of breakfast! The dining room was nothing special to even justify this so we just went out of the side door to a cafe over the road. If you turn right of the side entrance towards Buck House there are more cafes.
I would stay here again but the price of breakfast is a rip off - we were not going to pay £34 for breakfast for two people.

We visited for 6 days last week. The staff and the concierge were wonderful beyond description. The rooms were quite nice. I was surprised that the cleaning staff did not change the sheets except upon request. The fan on the heater in the room was a bit loud, but it was so flaming cold outdoors that I was not going to complain. :-) The room is large, and the beds were fine. The bathroom needs an upgrade, as the showers are difficult to get into and out of, and the shower curtain is just nasty. With arthritis and an old injured knee, I was really challenged getting into the shower safely over the older very tall tub. The breakfast in the morning was adequate but a bit boring over several days. Order the omelettes to provide relief! Soda is really expensive, and I don't drink coffee, so that was addressed by purchasing it off site and bringing it into the restaurant. 3.5 pounds for a small coke is a bit much. The staff at the bar is wonderful and friendly. Overall, a great stay, in a centrally located place. I would return, in spite of the bathrooms. Just purchase your soda ahead.

Very much enjoyed revisiting London, Hotel Westminster in good location as Victoria tube and main line station few mins walk. Being older knowing more history was excellent for St Paul's and the abbey. Buckingham Palace 5 mins walk away, cut through Green Park, in to Piccadilly, few mins to Piccadilly Circus. Enjoyed my stay very much.

some of the staff were excellent, especially the concierge during the day. He was so helpful and polite, thank you. Other staff whilst helpful, were varying in serice levels. e.g. when i checked out they could not give me an invoice and said that they would have it by the time i put my bag in the car and returned. When i did retutn it was obvious the man at the desk had forgot and gave me the lamest excuse and told me i could write in for a copy......mmm. I thought that the room was very small and though pretty good standard it was dated. I decided to stay in London one extra night and when i enquired for a price i was told it would be more than double the rate which i had paid for the previous night. I thought that this was scandalous. The parking fee of 30 pounds per day is also outrageous. I know it is London but it is the hotels own car park and it would be a selling point if it was a bargain to park. I just felt i was being ripped off at every opportunity. The description also gives the selling point that the hotel and explains how to avoid the charge. The decription is too brief, i drove from Glasgow and do not know London and had no chance of understanding this and how to avoid the zone.
