Rated 4.2 out of 5:
Friendly staff, location and good value for money in London.
bed was overly soft and feet were higher than head.

Rated 4 out of 5:
Tophams was a good hotel, easily located a short walk from Victoria train station. Room was quite small but stylish and we had everything we needed for a reasonable price. The location of the hotel was great for arrival from Victoria and access to the tube for getting around for our weekend away. Buckingham palace was only a short walk down the road and the Victoria palace theatre literally just around the corner. Would definitely stay again and recommend - a great hotel for convenience of location.

A nice and pleasant feeling of staying. With so many bad history of hotels in London this was one hotel that tells me not all are alike. Well done to the Staffs and the Management for making my wife's 1st experience in an England hotel a GOOD ONE!

Rated 2 out of 5:
The only positive is that it's close to Victoria tube station. The room was hilarious. Firstly I was told to press the down button on the elevator, so my room was technically a basement room. It was supposed to be an upgrade! The paint in the ceiling was coming off. This was especially noted in the bathroom which was technically placed under the pavement outside. The paint was coming off and would land in the sink. The paint is also coming off in the shower cubicle. My view outside is like a prison cell with bars that I can see and feet walking on the pavement. Very difficult to call this 4 star. It promises Molton Brown in bathroom on website and you get a plethora of weird choices - unnamed brands and Neutrogena and it also says it has a restaurant but technically it doesn't serve dinner as you have to order food from outside, so it's really a breakfast room. Not good. I have tried to email for a refund and had no reply at all. Last minute could not do a thing for me.

This is lovely little boutique style hotel. It has obviously just been refurbished because the whole place is spotless. The staff were very welcoming and managed to get our room ready even though we arrived 2 hours early. The location is great. A smart road just round the corner from Victoria. There are lovely little shops and bars close by. The rooms are not huge but they are very well laid out. It is excellent value for money give the standard of other hotels at the same cost in London.
