| Rated 4.8 out of 5: Close to Euston station where busses and the subway easily will get you around London. Also close to Kings Cross. Café , restaurants and shops also in the neighbourhood. The staff was very nice and the hotel provided great service! Our room was quiet, clean and overall very nice. Rated 4 out of 5: the staff we're helpful from the moment we walked in the door. Always had a friendly smile, even at 5.30!The food in the hotel was delicious. The breakfast was very nice. The lunch was available to eat outside, in the glorious sun and the evening meals were all very well catered for. Those travelling with food allergies, if you let them know from when you arrive, you should be well catered for. I recommend the chicken and ribs:) The rooms were clean, but a slight problem we had at night was the stuffiness of the rooms, but mostly the were fine. The rates were good. It was only a very short walk away from Huston station, bringing you cross the town. Definitely i would recommend it! |

Rating out of 10: 9 Date stayed: December 2007 review: Came with my daughter and was pleasantly surprised. The room and ensuite were spacious and very clean. The hotel staff were pleasant & helpful. The only thing that let it down was that when we stayed the restaurant was not available due to the refurbishment. Going back this month (April '08) so hope this will be rectified by then. Rating out of 10: 10 Date stayed: June 2005 review: Spacious bedroom and ensuite, good service especially in the restaurant. Air conditioner was excellent in the hot weather. Overall 10/10. |
