Close to the underground. It's not in the centre of the city, but we wanted to be near Fulham and Chelsea. The room is large, the bathroom too and comfortable. The staff is generally very helpful (one person not).
We were really satisfied, nothing to say on this topic.

we stayed in this hotel with our 1 year old son - the family rooms are large and clean, a good air conditioning system let us set the room temp for him and he slept better than he does at home!
Putney is a great location - 3-4 mins walk from the tube station, which gives great line access to all the major places in London. Fulham a place (over the road from the hotel) is a great little hidden gem, lovely grounds and excellent for children.
close by are restaurants and bars boasting an great atmosphere and located on the river banks.
Parking is secure, however a little expensive i feel esp when staying more than 1 night.

review: I stayed at the hotel with my tour group of high school students and teachers- Nice service and very nice rooms. Great location- I will stay here again.

review: The rooms are large by US standards, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the Putney Bridge tube station,several bus stops which are outside of the hotel, and Putney Hight Street. The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Great value for money and will definitely return.
