review: entrance and reception very shabby along with room furniture, hallway carpet soaked and stained, bed was disgusting, torn and stained ,room not very clean had to wipe down switches and taps with wipes ourselves we gave a 2 rate only because of the location and the breakfast was good all in all not a nice stay.

review: Hotel very central, staff efficient, hotel room clean and modern. Only drawback the bed/mattress was terrible, it was too soft and felt like a water bed. Hence not a good nights sleep for some.

review: Terrible hotel. Do not list as a 4 star. No phones in room, only one working pay phone. Had reservations wrong, shabby furniture, tape on windows, bad beds, tried to get cut from unlicensed cabbie they called of 10 pounds.

review: On our first visit we found the Hotel excellent for price range, staff helpful, breakfast OK.
Would recommend that you check your booking before you leave home though. We booked again to stay 22nd May only to find on arrival that they had no room for us, I had rang to confirm, but on arrival they had no record of us, I did have my booking confirmation print out but that was useless we had to cancel diner arrangements. We were told we were booked in at Sloane square. Bad start to the weekend as show was booked in Covent garden! Staff not very helpfull at all bascially not their fault. Have booked again for August will watch this space.
