A guest of the Waterhall Country House rated their stay as 5 out of 5 and wrote:
We have stayed at Waterhall three times previously and have booked again for July 2009 which shows how much we love the place. You feel relaxed as soon as you arrive as the hotel is situated in beautiful countryside. The owners are very welcoming and really helpful. They can offer you advice on the local area e.g. best places to eat or have a drink etc, that is, if you do not want to eat there in their lovely conservatory which overlooks a beautiful garden. The rooms are well appointed, always clean and offer TV with 5 channels, radio alarm clocks, hairdryers, tea making facilities and toiletries, everything you could wish for. If you have forgotten to pack any essential items for your holiday, there is a good supermarket only 5 minutes drive away. The full breakfast is great, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, toast, cereals, yogurt, juice, tea or coffee. Really sets you up well for the day. Transfers to Gatwick airport only take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic & even this is included in their hotel rate with 2 weeks free parking. If you are thinking of booking this gem of a place, do it. You wont regret it.
