| Rated 5 out of 5: My wife and I stayed at this hotel for twelve nights and it was very nice indeed. Arrived to the hotel and greeted by a very nice receptionist, who changed our room to more suitable one. This certainly made the trip enjoyable from the start. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very nice, couldn't find any fault. Location was perfect, in walking distance to everything, shops, train station (is around the corner), restaurants, and the bus stand. There was a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Rated 3 out of 5: Wembley Plaza is an ok standard good hotel. Do not expect any special luxury, but everything is of a good quality, clean, tidy etc. London downtown is easy to reach, takes approx 30 min. Rated 3 out of 5: We found the staff very welcoming at reception and the room was clean and well presented. There was a relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel and the staff were friendly. The food was very good with a great selection for breakfast. A great place to stay A guest rated their stay at 5 out of 5 and wrote: We stayed at Wembley Plaza 3 nights. We get a very nice room, with superb large bed, which was really very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, very nice amenities and broad range of food. You can find there very nice swimming pool with steam room and sauna, moreover two gyms, only con is that it is open only till 8 30 p.m. There is a metro station Wembley Park situated 10 minutes by walk from the hotel, but there are also few bus connections from metro directly to the bus stop next to the hotel. This hotel is a big deal for the money you spent for a room!! I can really recommend this hotel. Rated 4 out of 5: Take the Original bus tour (London Sightseeing) for only 22GBP this a great relaxing way to see the sights on an open top bus. Wembley Plaza is a clean hotel and is good if you want to stay out of central London. Good leisure facilities and great view of Wembley stadium from room. Food was good but service could have been better. Wembley Park station 10 min walk from hotel which made getting into London easy. Pick up a smartsave streetmap to save 20% on top attractions and restaurants. 1 day travelcard is the best way to get around Rated 4 out of 5: It was a truly memorable experience I enjoyed at the Cliff Richard Here and Now Tour at Wembley Arena on Tuesday 7 November 2006. The concert was very good. It was a night to remember and would definitely go again to see him. I may even go to see some more perforers that I might like to see. I was also privileged to have a stadium Tour of the new Wembley Stadium. It is a wonderful piece of engineering and is definitely much nicer than the old Wembley. I also managed to do some sightseeing and get some Christmas Shopping done whilst in the area. I even managed a trip to Watford which I thoroughly enjoyed. |
