Rated 5 out of 5:
I threw my girlfriend a party for her 30th and Zetter was recommended to me as a great place to book for the night as we live in the subs and wanted somewhere to stay that was relatively central. It was everything i'd hoped for really. the service was great. They ensured our room was ready early so we could drop our bags off at around mid day before heading to the party. The room was trendy and comfortable. The shower was great and the bed was really comfortable.  over all a great stay and my girlfriend was really chuffed. Would recommend and would definitely return. happy travels.

My husband and I stayed at The Zetter on Saturday 12th March and had a really lovely time. You couldn't wish for a better location in London and the hotel itself is extremely welcoming, comfortable and with an incredibly high standard of service. The Guest Relations Manager went out of her way to make sure that our stay was really special, as a friend had informed the hotel that we were there to celebrate a 40th birthday; this made the whole experience a really memorable and enjoyable one, and the hotel is to be commended for this level of personal service. The rooms are relatively small but have everything you would need and expect from a boutique hotel. We overlooked St Johns Square which was extremely peaceful. The breakfast was fantastic too! Definitely one to recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5:
Very clean and functional, A Comfortable bed!. the option of having breakfast in the room was very good. The staff were helpful and kind.
Disliked: Nothing significant that came to mind.
Overall: This hotel was central, very near the railway station and within easy walk of 15 minutes to the Port area. We had the use of a balcony which was big enough for two people to relax. Efficient and kind staff who were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was ample and fresh and having the option of having it in your room is a sure way to relaxing start to any holiday! Use of private balcony was a bonus for sitting out and having breakfast. This hotel was one of the best I have used with regard to value for money and good location.

If you want to be away from the maddening crowds, then head here!! We went for the weekend - Fri to Monday, and stayed in Room 503 (best in the house!) which had a massive roof terrace, which is great for a bit of sun bathing when you come in from sight seeing! The staff are great, especially with my million questions - you are away from the hustle of the tourist areas, which for us was great, and you are literally 10 mins away from everything on the bus, tube or taxi. We had breakfast at the hotel on the Sat, which was delicious, and then went round the corner on the Sunday to Smiths of Smithfield's for their Sunday breakfast - you get the best of all worlds then. Downsides - room was a bit hot, and the bathroom had the mirror that is always hot to stop it from steaming up, which is great, but the bathrooms a bit tiny, so ends up like a sauna! For the money paid, if we hadn't done the 3 nights for 2, I would have been a bit disappointed with the toiletries....sounds a bit spoilt, but I would like to know that I'm getting spoilt for my money...nice toiletries do make that difference. I am that shallow...! The area is fairly quiet during the day at the weekends, which for us, we enjoyed, its not manic as soon as you head out of the door. It's a less touristy area, and more residential. If you're after something a bit more personal, which is quite funky, then this is your place.

A guest rated the experience as 5 out of 5 and said:
I loved this hotel. We stayed in a corner delux room which was fab. There are great cocktails in the bar and the breakfast is very good (although a little expensive). I liked the free coffee from the machine in the corridor and the late night access to the vending machine selling wine and beer etc. We would normally stay at The Hoxton when we stay in London overnight, but this place is really so much nicer we will be staying here from now on. Finally the staff are absolutely brilliant.
