The Citadines South Kensington is a modern furnished
Apartment-Hotel just 500 yards walk from
Hyde Park. The apartments are on the
South side of the park and close to the spectacular
Albert memorial
which is opposite the Royal Albert Hall. The Citadines is sitauted at the top
(north) of Gloucester Road just
a short walk from the fashionable
Kensington High Street Shopping area. Nearby on Cromwell Road are the
Natural
History and
Science Museums and the Albert and Victoria museum. The world famous Harrods
department store is less than a mile away in Knightsbridge along with a huge
range of upmarket shops, restaurants and bars. Perhaps two of the best known
attractions are
Buckingham
Place which is 1.8 miles from here and the
London Eye which
is 2.8 miles away just on the South side of Westminster Bridge. Being so close
to the Cromwell Road makes for excellent transport links. This is the A4 dual
carriageway which is the main road into and out of West London and giving direct
access to Heathrow Airport. These apartments offer a good value with the combination of excellent location Room configurations include 62 studios for two occupants and 30 one bedroom apartments for up to 4 occupants. The studios feature sofa or pullout beds while the apartments feature sofa or pullout beds in the lounge area and one double or two single beds in the bedroom. Bedroom decor is Traditional Sash Windows And Light Wood Furnishings. In-room amenities include Alarm clock, Bathtub/ Shower, Refrigerator, direct dial Telephone, separate kitchen with microwave, grill oven, dishwasher, toaster, toilet (this is a separate room in some apartments), hairdryer, iron, alarm clock, voice message service, individual safe deposit box, cable TV and Hi-Fi system. Once each week the apartments are cleaned and the lined changed. It is possible to request that this is done more often. The apartments have a 24-hour reception and lounge area, breakfast room (07.00 till midday), Laundromat and private parking. There is a room for luggage provided and services offered include Message, fax and mail services as well as shoe shine.
