Introduction: The Cranley Hotel London is located in
South Kensington close to Earls Court. This is a central location just on the
western side. The immediately surrounding area is mostly residential area and
Bina Gardens is a relatively quiet side street lined with trees. Something of a
diving line between the stylish upmarket locations to the east and the somewhat
more downmarket areas to the west. Just under 1/3rd mile to the north is the
major road of the Cromwell Road, part of the A4. Here bus and taxis are in
abundance on a road that links west and central London it Heathrow Airport and
the west of England. There also a major supermarket here, Sainsbury's, if you
wish to stock up on groceries and supplies. However threes plenty of shops
nearer to the hotel as you walk towards south Kensington either along Stanhope
Gardens or Old Brompton Road. The major areas close to the hotel would be South
Kensington (0.3 miles), Kings Road Chelsea (0.6 miles), Kensington High Street
(0.8 miles) and Knightsbridge (1.2 miles). Local places of interest include
Natural History Museum (0.4 miles), Science Museum (0.5 miles), Earls Court
Exhibition Centre (0.6 miles), Victoria and Albert Museum (0.6 miles) and Hyde
Park (0.7 miles).
