This large covered shopping mall stands where the very heart of Luton's shopping district once was located, until being demolished to make way for this amenity. The name comes from its founders Arnold Hagenbach and Sam Chippendale and its covers an area of 755,000 sq ft. Conveniently located for Luton Airport which is 2.1 miles to the east (10 minutes by car/taxi). Its only 1.5 miles to the M1 motorway which gives a direct link down into north London. Local places of interest include Bury Commercial Park (fruit, vegetables and clothing) (0.4 miles), Luton Football Club (0.5 miles) Stockwood Craft Museum and Gardens (0.7 miles), London Museum and Art Gallery (1.1 miles), Capability Green Business Park (1.2 miles), Woodside Animal Farm & Leisure Park (2.2 miles) and Whipsnade Zoo (5.4 miles).

Directions: M1 Jnct 10 follow the slip road to Jnct 10a. At the roundabout take the 1st left onto London Rod towards Luton. London Road becomes Castle Street. Follow the road to the Roundabout and turn left onto Chapel Viaduct and take the first left after the Hotel onto regent street. The Car Park is on the right next to the Hotel.
