Description: The Dolphin House London is centrally located close to the Banks of the River Thames in a relatively quiet square and is very well situated for experiencing all of London's attractions. Actually in Pimlico but bordering both Victoria and Westminster. Shops can be found nearby at Lupus Street and Vauxhall Bridge Road while top class and world famous shopping can be found a little further away at Kings Road, Chelsea. Nearest attractions include Westminster Cathedral, Houses of Parliament, London Eye (Millennium Wheel), Buckingham Palace, Tate Gallery and Westminster Abbey.

The Dolphin House Apartments are set in 3 1/2 acres of glorious landscaped private gardens and within a residential area. The apartments occupy part of the much larger Dolphin Square residences which occupies a complete square within Pimlico. The building was constructed in 1935. Thanks to its close proximity to the Houses of Parliament many MP's (members of parliament) over the years have chosen to have apartments within Dolphin Square.
The apartments are all contemporary in style and decor and have a King size bed or twin beds with duck and goose down duvets and pillows. Furnishings have been created by interior designers Fox Linton and all are en-suite. Each apartment has a dining table with chairs along with a writing desk and a separate lounge area. They come with a fully fitted kitchen (utensils, microwave, fridge, toaster, washing machine, cooker), Hairdryer, Electronic safe, Iron and ironing board, cable flat screen TV with on demand movies and PC facilities, WiFi internet access, direct dial telephone with voicemail. The bathrooms have Frette towels. Organic Welcome Hamper on arrival.
A daily maid service is provided. You can request extra linen and towel changes for an extra charge.

On the ground floor is the Dolphin Bar & Grill which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a range of drinks that includes wines, draught beers, coffee and teas. Many items use organic and fair-trade ingredients.
Additionally there is a club lounge and champagne and cocktail bar where you can relax in leather arm chairs. The area has baked oak floors and a real fire creating a chic and sophisticated feel.

There is a front desk that is staffed 24 hours. Laundry and dry cleaning services available. Breakfast buffet served daily (charge).
The building also has its own shops, the Dolphin Shopping Arcade, which means residents can stock up with essentials and groceries without venturing out into the surrounding neighbourhood. The arcade even has a hairdresser, chemist and cash machines.
Excellent leisure facilities at the Dolphin Sports & Fitness Club which is a health & fitness spa that includes an 18 metre indoor pool, large gym, steam room, sauna, squash courts, tennis court and specially designed therapeutic and beauty treatment rooms. Persona trainers on hand. There is also an independent Health Clinic providing osteopathy.
